working with our agency partners at kvell, we tapped into the natural talents of tiktok and instagram creators to produce videos that combined customer insights, seasonal priorities and platform trends. in addition to writing the post copy for this workstream, i was also the creative lead, providing direction and feedback, alongside developing and implementing processes and ways of work.
